1. Nature of Services
I provide custom digital services including:
- Website design and development
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Ongoing development services
- Graphic design (including posters and digital media)
- QR code generation and related digital assets
All services are custom-built and created specifically for each client.
2. No Refunds Once Work Has Commenced
Due to the customised nature of our services:
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- This includes website builds, development work, design services, and QR code creation.
- Work is considered commenced once planning, design, development, or consultation has begun.
3. Deposits
- Deposits secure project booking and allocation of resources.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or consultation fees.
4. Hosting & Maintenance Subscriptions
- Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance.
- No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
- Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Change of Mind
I do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Failure to use the service
- Delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide required materials
6. Service Quality & Consumer Rights
If you believe services were not delivered according to the agreed scope, you must notify me in writing within 7 days of delivery.
I will:
- Review the concern,
- Rectify any verified defects within the agreed scope of work.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
7. Digital Deliverables
Once digital files (websites, designs, QR codes, graphics, etc.) have been delivered or access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
